Pre-Cleaning

Cleaning Begins at the Source: Freshly harvested paddy arrives from the farms and passes through advanced pre-cleaning systems to remove dust, straw, and other impurities.

Parboiling

Enhancing Nutrition & Strength: The paddy is soaked, steamed, and processed through a controlled parboiling method to preserve nutrients and improve grain quality.

Step 03

Drying

Uniform Moisture Control: The parboiled paddy is dried gradually and evenly to achieve the ideal moisture level, ensuring superior storage and cooking performance.

Step 04

Stone Removal

Ensuring Maximum Purity: Specialized equipment removes stones, pebbles, and other heavy particles, guaranteeing clean and safe rice processing.

Step 05

Husking

Removing the Outer Layer: The abrasive outer husk is carefully removed while preserving the integrity and quality of each rice grain.

Step 06

Polishing

Delivering Premium Finish: Advanced water-jet polishers gently remove the bran layer, producing smooth, bright, and visually appealing rice grains.

Step 07

Grading

Sorting with Precision: Rice is meticulously graded to separate full-length grains from broken pieces, ensuring consistency and premium quality.

Step 08

Color Sorting

Technology Meets Perfection: High-precision optical Sortex machines inspect every grain and eliminate discolored or defective rice, delivering only the finest quality to our customers.
